What's Most Useful to Send
Price corrections. If an item costs something different at your local store, tell us the item, the price you paid and the city or state. Because franchise pricing varies by roughly 20 to 70 cents, a single data point doesn't always mean our figure is wrong — but several reports from the same region tell us our average needs revisiting.
Menu changes. New items, discontinued items and seasonal launches often reach stores before they reach any published source. If you've seen something on a menu board that isn't on this site, that's genuinely helpful.
Nutrition discrepancies. If in-store information differs from what we've published, let us know which item and what the store listed.
What We Can't Help With
We are an independent reference site with no connection to Dunkin' Brands, Inc.
